ParticipantI looked at one (I was sure it was a TZR) at the Yamaha dealership in the summer of 1989. Funny how your memory plays tricks on you.
Maybe it was the FZR you mentioned? I’m off to search the internet to try to find a picture…ShannonG
ParticipantI think cruisers are more passenger friendly. Many sport bikes have tiny passenger seats; one review of my hubby’s bike said ‘the throne is small for the queen’.

ParticipantI’m just going to tell them I always ride so fast nothing can hit me. j/k
My mom has been the best, surprisingly enough. Just once or twice she’s mentioned she doesnt’ LOVE the thought of me on a bike and left it at that. Other people go pale every time they see it in the garage.
Secretly, I think kthey’re just jealous….ShannonG

ParticipantI can’t flat foot on my bike, but I certanly have enough contact with the ground to be confident and be able to crab walk it back and forth.

ParticipantThat is a useful link, and it ends the speculation about the Hyosung, for me at least. Such a shame, because I think they’re great looking bikes.

ParticipantStill? You haven’t found a buyer yet?

ParticipantI think lima beans look like fetuses. And it keeps me from enjoying them.

ParticipantRear brakes are for losers. Didn’t you get the memo?

ParticipantMental.

ParticipantYou have no idea how lucky you are to have found an ’08 Ninja so easily. Lots of people are selling their souls to get one.
