ParticipantI’m wondering which is better and will fit under my riding gloves, I didn’t bring them with me today, damn!

ParticipantOk, I am going out on my lunch TODAY to look for Isotoners to go under my riding gloves, nearly froze my finger tips off last week, thanks for that idea!

ParticipantCongrats! I also was docked for going a little slow while cornering. I also got docked for going over the line on that u-turn box but I still passed. Have fun!

ParticipantI’m a brand new rider this year and this lady who herself rides an 1100cc advised me to buy an 1100cc, ride my bike on the highway, and wear no helmet. I don’t listen to her.

ParticipantLast week I rode in and it was about 42 degrees at 6am, that was definitely too cold for my finger TIPS! Holy crap, couldn’t feel them 1/2 way through the ride and it hurts when they start thawing out! My rule is now no riding for me under 50 degrees. Yes, I was wearing Motocycle gloves but apparently they are not for the cold, these ones. I suppose if I had the proper gloves I would have been ok, though. Someone suggested that I get some type of handle bar shields they use on skidoos so the wind doesn’t get to my hands.

ParticipantThey teach you everything. I had no experience on a motorcycle and I have never driven a shift stick car and I passed. I did have a small amount of trouble the first hour, I kept stalling and couldn’t figure out why. But then the light bulb went on and I was on my way. Now I am riding to work which is about 30 miles and I love it, it makes going to work fun!
