I sat on the zzr this weekend. it is a nice bike and really well balanced. It has a really nice sized passenger seat and is in a pretty standard position. It has bar risers instead of clip ons. I still have yet to find a 650r to sit on. The dealer said that everyone is buying the 600s so they don’t even keep them in stock.

I would suggest buying used and paying cash. I know it isn’t what you asked, so I will rephrase my answer. I would put as much down as possible and carry the lowest possible monthly payment.

Yeah, don’t start fights with cages. . . They win every round.

Riding when you are tired or have a cold is like learning how to ride all over again. Not suggested unless you have to in my book. Of course being at work and having to get home is a have to. Good job on anticipating the stupidity of others. Keep it up.

Try rocking the bike forward a little bit when you try to shift.

90 is fun until you think about the price of the speeding ticket. Actually, the acceleration is fun, once your up to speed it loses a lot of the fun factor.

Rocket Killer- Ninjas aren’t supposed to be seen. That is the point. I don’t know about them being tiny or little but they are death machines, They could kill you with any number of weapons or just their little toe. Ninjas are freaking awesome especially when they flip out.

Oh, you meant the ninja 250 motorcycle. I would argue that saying they were tiny and little is redundant and that they are no more death machines than any other motorcycle. I actually sit up higher on my ninja than most guys on cruisers.

I would agree that the interstate is boring. going in a straight line really fast just doesn’t do it for me.

Older riders on bikes with large displacements not being able to negotiate turns. Sounds like a poker run to me. I think that same study showed a very high percentage of those accidents involved alcohol. Reinforces my theory on the poker run.

I say fatalities in younger guys happen on supersports and fatalities in older guys happen on hogs.

Riding a motorcycle will work your muscles. Oh and Nau_Lax21, I could take kimbo in 14 seconds, but I would rather grapple with Gina Carano.

That should be a nice, friendly motorcycle for you. You might try importing one of those clicks.

At least at night you get the headlight. people look for those. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just ride like they are out to get you. Sad to say, but regardless of what you wear, they are not going to see you. does your jacket not have reflective piping?

You might need your valves adjusted, they get tighter as they go.
