Participantok… clapping clapping… hail hail…
well this bike sure is a fast enough rokcket but the real power of course is at the end rpms.. but i heard its kinda lil heavier but handles quite nicely on the road… and well you do not have to bend that much while riding (IMO) because the front fairing (?) is rather high.. compared to the gsxr..but u own it..u’l no more!BoOZe

Participanttry building a metal plate that can support it..you know what i mean.. and there are three places you can put neon..under bike to illuminate the road to spot dog shit (that’s how we joke it here), to show off your cylinders (naked bike) and underneath back mudgard to shine the fatty tyres…if you have fairing then the ‘glow-road’ is not that ok…unless it is a powaful led…

ParticipantOh you too wear glasses? But I had difficulties with them, so I switched to lenses. I will be talking with my visor open, ‘coz i rode like this for more than a year ‘coz 1st the visor roller was broken, so every time I would try to open or shut it, the visor would flip off the helmet, so i let it open and 2nd, too many scratches (after all the accidents and falls)… So visor open and riding, I noticed my eyes would not wet much, or dry too much, and at night it was easier for me to ride since cars’ beam would deflect in my spectacles glasses… During the day I used to wear a tinted glass (rayban) with my lenses just to avoid possible insects or dust… During rain even if the water would hit my face, I was not bother..well maybe i was used to it but that was the other fun part of riding…for me… and well a bandanna was always tied round my lower half of my face, covering nose and mouth, just the eyes out..that was my kamikaze style..lol… and btw, the law here states during rain, leave a gap of 10metres between you and the vehicle in front ‘coz if ye stick to its back, of course you’ll get all kind of shitty water on the face…

ParticipantThis site http://www.motorcyclecruiser.com (given by kawi tank) is a very informative site though most tips are for cruisers but they can be used for any bikes. I read all that were posted on the site during days and later I forgot the site completely to post it here… Thanks kawitank… Yea just refreshing tips for carrying a passenger:
1) Check tire pressure
2) Instruct your passenger and insure he/she has good gear on and that this machine is a bike, it does not turn in turns but leans- Do not put feet down when at a stop(passenger), lean with you in corners; no counterweight i.e when you lean to the right, advise your passenger to look over the right side of your shoulder and vise versa… If it is a galfwen, tell her to just hold on tight to you… and be smooth in leans ‘coz your not alone…
3) Drive smoothly because your back fellow has trusted you and sat with you on the bike (it is said that if your passenger goes to and fro, like bumping into your back, when you accelerate and brake , it means you either are not ready for riding 2up or you don’t know how to ride, which means the same
4) keep your distance from other vehicles due to increase stopping distance
5) Do not leave a gap between you and your passenger during windy/rainy weather (whenever my galfewn would do that even if i told her not to, I would feel the pressure increase between me and her, thus having parachute effect of slowing the bike, poor control and she could just be airborn…)That is all I think, if i missed something, add your ingredient…
PS: Its good to have someone holding you firmly round your waist from the back… I am talking about a gal…!!!Jeez!
