Participantinteresting. i’ve seen small cans on other bikes, but for some reason this can just didn’t seem to look right on the ninja250. I like the tone of fully open though, can’t tell if it’s loud enough to let you be heard either. Listening to it on a drive by would’ve been nice.

ParticipantHaha! Unfortunately, california law requires reflectors on the side of the bike… or so I’ve been told…

ParticipantWell there’s a few things about the swerve that you need to be careful of. They’ll dock you points if you start slowing down before the direction to swerve at is given, if you brake while leaned in the swerve before bringing the bike back up, and if you don’t stop the bike in the appropriate distance for that class of bike.

ParticipantYa know, to be perfectly honest, I’m not sure what protection the frame cover’s supposed to be for. I can only think of chipping from pants. They were available, so I got them. While i like the OEM CF stuff because it’s reflective, when you’re sitting on the bike, I don’t think you can even see the cf frame covers. I would like to find some clear covers for the sides of the gas tank though for where your knees grip the gas tank.

ParticipantI think I’ve watched too many Subarus in rallies, your bike is just screaming for gold wheels
Well, I wouldn’t go that far…
I do think having suzuki blue rims would be pretty cool though… Definately, something to look into…
I’m really thinking about getting a double bubble, does it cut down on the wind?
Yes. At least compared to the stock sv windscreen, which is very tiny and you had to be in full tuck to get the wind off you. The ZG lets you go into 1/2 tuck now and the wind will be pretty much off you. I’ve heard good things about puig’s windscreens too.
