Thanks for the link. I just placed my order on New Enough for the FirstGear Denali Textile Jacket. ADMINS: There is a donate link on their site if you want to sign this place up you guys get $1 for each order or something.

I have been looking for a 3/4 jacket because I have a CHL and carry just behind my hip. A jacket cut at the waist would cause a problem when bent over the bike and a 3/4 length ensures concealment when just walking around. Won’t need the liner much around here (Houston area) but might be nice to have if I ever ride way up north like Oklahoma (ha!).

As far as the colors go I think I am going to stick with the standard black so that it will match whatever bike I might be on.

I am in the Houston area as well. I can’t find a single store with the 2008 250 Ninja. The only one that had one on the floor was spoken for by someone who put a deposit on it back in May.

Even the GS500s are 1 per store – the litre and up bikes are all over the place. I guess when you wreck those you have to buy a whole new one…
