You’re too much WZ! I live in Penn Hills and would love to meet up with you….wait, I forgot that I don’t have a bike yet. South Campus is the Boyce one right? If so, that class was full, I’m going to the West Mifflin class. Plus, I woke up last week and said stop being nervous and try again. I took the class in 2004 but was kicked out because I kept going to 5th gear (even though it won’t run in 5th gear) but some how I kept doing that and they kicked me out. I was the only one who didn’t drop the bike, but it didn’t matter. They weren’t real helpful either. I asked my co worker to show me how to work the gears so when I take the class again I’ll have some knowledge, but he said no, because he don’t want me to ride, “it’s too dangerous.” Meanwhile, he rides and goes really fast! There are a lot of riders, you just have to know where to be. Like if you ride near the highland park area, you’ll see a lot of guys and gals riding. Where should I go to get a bike? Should I go used for my first one?

Bianca30Participantthe 250’s and 500’s. I’m so illiterate when it comes to bikes. But, I did notice that the 250’s look similar to the 600-(650’s???) and the back of the 500 look different(right?). I want it to look sporty. I did like the gs500, it was cute. I’m going to look at some bikes tomorrow after the test. I don’t know guys, I’m so confused. All I know is that I want a bike that I’ll be able to handle. And 2 more ppl said to get the 600. I’m going to start punching ppl in throat every time someone suggest that! They’re not taking into consideration that I’m already nervous(I’m a paramedic and I’ve seen some unpretty things that made me not want to ride) and that I’m new. My supervisor said that I will get bored with a small bike. I rather be bored and safe. I don’t want a bike for speed(if that makes sense) I just want to enjoy it . Bike riding to me seem like “freedom” if that make any sense. I cringe every time I see the guys going really fast w/ no dam helmet, no protective gear, and doing those wheelies; and looking at those youtube videos with the guys getting hurt scares me. I know most of them have been riding for many, many years but I still get nervous. Maybe it’s the medical side of me that’s nervous, but the Bianca side wants to ride! (makes sense???) Now, I need a hug!!!
