Hey guys, wanted to get some feedback from you regarding the Vulcan.

Its a really beautiful bike and I think it would fit my size (5′ 11″ and 270lb) well. What do you guys think?

I had one….5″10′ 18o you shouldn’t have any worries for it. Might give scootworks a look though for accesories like forward foot controls and such…. not sure how your legs are as far as length. I didn’t need em

Hey munch, I have yet to sit on one yet and im not sure exactly how long my legs are :S.

Yup small town east of Raleigh. I rode my 500 for quite a while before stepping up.

You can add a Texas boy to the Vulcan 500 list. I have had my 2007 for 11 months now. It is my first bike and it handles great. I weigh about 167 and only bench, well if I can handle it I know you can too.

The ’09 Vulcan below is my 2nd bike. I put 2,000 training miles on a Rebel first.

Since I had not been on a bike in 30 years, I’m glad I did some time on the smaller bike first. With that said, I LOVE the Vulcan. I wouldn’t be surprised if I keep it a long time without feeling any need to “move up”.
