I really want one of these: http://www.wolo-mfg.com/spec.htm
Especially this one: http://www.wolo-mfg.com/455-stereo.wav
chromium ghostParticipantYeah she cleans up nice. ; }
chromium ghostParticipantI’ve been doing a combination of a little headlight wiggle, turn signals on and off, and flashing brights. At lights I have been putting it in nuetral, standing up and stretching my arms, revving the throttle etc. You may look a bit like a douchebag, but you will be a douchebag without missing limbs.
chromium ghostParticipantZ1R makes a helmet with an LED strip on the back…only drawback was that the shape of the helmet itself was a bit uncomfortable…not sure where I saw the review. Now here’s a million dollar idea: A removable, battery powered flashing LED strip for helmets. Maybe in a smily face design? Pentagram?
chromium ghostParticipantNot that difficult at all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMVtKYBt5Q0&feature=related
Shit. Now I need a disc lock.
chromium ghostParticipantMy helmet lock is only useful when the bike is cold considering it leaves the helmet touching the pipes… Not an issue though as I always carry the helmet around with me. Chicks dig it. Kind of the whole point of owning a motorcycle no?
chromium ghostParticipantI lock the steering column out of habit. One of the joys of owning a Honda is that the lock works smoothly and easily. Key never gets stuck. Even on a 26 year old bike. Keeping it locked will also make you bike a bit harder to knock over, to the left at least. For you 250 owners I am assuming this is an issue in areas with a slight breeze.

I only saw two crashes after riding for a few weeks up North. The first one was some hot shot kid on a souped up Honda Wave who looked like he broke his knee, the other was a little old man, his wife, and an infant. Their scooter was totaled but the three of them were all unscathed. No helmets, freaking SANDALS and I’m pretty sure the wife was wearing a skirt. I did my fair share of squid riding in Chiang Mai after somebody stole my helmet, and I must say it is a totally liberating feeling to go helmetless.
I need to sign up for the MSF…I’m not sure they are going to take me without my cage license though. What day are you taking the course? Do you live uptown? Maybe we can meet up for a ride or something.

chromium ghostParticipantLet’s just pretend that oil stain wasn’t from my bike mmkay?
