I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or could share what you do about carrying things. I like to hike, I like to ride my cycle. So last week I geared up and headed for the mountains. Well I got there, locked my helmet to my bike and forgot about my $275 Joe Rocket armored jacket. It was 90 degrees so too hot to wear the thing, I ended up taking it off and carrying it while hiking, which was a pain. Any one have any suggestions on something to lock that kind of stuff up with your bike. I have a 2006 Ninja if you have any bag suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Oh and check out this GPS setup I put on my bike. It folds down out of the way, just have it fully extended for the photo.

I have been looking at one of these for a while. I have no first hand experience with it so I can’t endorse it, but I may get one.

A lightweight long cable lock through the arms and legs and bike frame. Bungee net (also through the cable lock) to stop it all falling off the seat.
