I’m a soon to be new rider, got my permit, signed up for the MSF classes but they don’t start till mid June. To say that I’m amped over riding would be an understatement, i’m practically driving myself crazy. I’m going to buy a Kawa. Ninja 250, either 2007 or 2008, im leaning towards the 07 since its my first bike and I may drop it once or twice and I dont want to ding or scratch a brand new super awesome bike….

The situation is this, I have no riding exp. my friend is going to teach me a bit this weekend, i’m a quick learner but im not sure if should I wait until after the MSF class to buy a bike or would it be safe to get one now and start to practice right away. I honestly don’t know if I can wait another month….I love this site as everyone is very knowledgeable and would like everyones opinion on what I should or shouldn’t do.

to buy or to wait…that is the question..

    Jade.

I would go ahead and buy, just take it easy and start by practicing in a mt parking lot
