This links to the IL laws which took me a while to find. I was looking at the DMV for IL and didn’t find anything. Anyway they are pretty minimum with daytime headlight, 1 mirror and eye protection. I asked at my local DMV this morning and the gave me an IL Motorcylce Operators Manual that has no details in it.
