Hi…new to the forum…have a 2006 Kawasaki 750 Vulcan that has shut down on me the last 2 times I have been out…after 20 minutes or so, it will crank back up and get me home…have tried the open gas tank and start…doesn’t work on this one…any suggestions…
my wife has a 2005 Kawasaki 800 Vulcan…she has no problems…we filled up together the last time we filled up…both bikes have around 1000 miles on them…
would appreciate any help…thanks

June 10, 2009 at 6:32 pm #19523skipParticipantthe bikes aren’t new, but new to us…the shut down occurs while riding…last time after about 40 miles…the time before after about 10 miles…
both bikes have about 1000 miles on them…I changed the oil a couple of weeks ago…cleaned the screens etc…the bike is carb’d…skip
