Nah, I just tend to shy away from everything motorcycle related in the off season because it only teases me. BTW I finally bought my first one piece. Need to get to my goal weight (another ~25 or so lbs down) to fit into it, but It’s a SHIFT Vertex suit.

Also, I need to correct my original opening post. It’s not that STG is discontinuing their sale of SHIFT products, but rather that SHIFT is closing their doors. From what I understand, Fox Racing, which is the owner of SHIFT, is discontinuing that line to focus on their off-road line, which is their bread-and-butter. And keeping the SHIFT line going is costing them more money than they’re making off of it.

Probably because they stupidly charge Alpinestars-level pricing for Teknic-level gear.

…I tend to do the opposite, computer smurf off season and ride lots once the riding season starts. You guys that have 12 a month riding season have an advantage on gaining experience faster, but we have a scheduled down time to work on our bikes. ha ha For me, riding season officially starts today!
