When I last posted I was soliciting help for getting my second bike. I was deciding between a 1993 Suzuki Intruder and a 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan. Most were opting for the Intruder. I met an independent motorcycle repairman who spoke to me for 2 hours. Afterwards, I was convinced not to buy a pre-2000, try to find a bike that was fuel injected, and if looking for a cruiser, the brand pecking order for value (in his mind) is Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. From that jumping off point, I bought my second bike this past week…

I have ridden my 2005 Suzuki Boulevard (C50) to work twice now and today took it for my longest ride of any bike to-date: 120 miles through the back roads of southern Indiana. Now that was fun!
