Scorpion Hat Trick?

Any one have one of these? It looks like it could be close to the “perfect” all season jacket for me:

I watched a review on SportBikeTrack, and they loved it…then again, they are a dealer! However, it seems to provide some good protection with a couple liners and a really stylish design. I have been yearning for a Shift Streetfighter Hybrid leather/textile jacket since I saw it (http://www.newenough.com/protective_apparel/leather_jackets_and_pants/shift/streetfighter_hybrid_leather_textile_motorcycle_jacket.html), but this Scorpion seems like it might be a better deal for me, multi-season wise. Also, I love the option of getting a “tall” size, as the Shift doesn’t seem to be built for bigger guys…

Anyone have opinions on either of these jackets?

Sorry. i have no opinions on those. I’m at what most apparell designers deem the average height and weight. I would imagine if you don’t fall into this category, most OTR stuff just won’t be perfect for you. Might even have to go with custom fitting. Be careful with multi-season stuff. I’ve tried on a few 3/4 season gear and they all sucked at warm weather riding.

I have be riding with the Scorpion hat trick jacket the last few days. The zipper holding in the liners is a bit cheesier than I would like and I am not sure that it will last. For hot weather it is ok, I have been riding around in 100+ degree heat and it does fine the only place I sweat when riding is on my back.
