The April 2011 Car and Driver magazine has an article about which cars are at least 75% from parts made in America. The list is a lot different than most would expect. The following cars are 75% or more American made, and all others are not. They have them listed by factory location, so it is not alphabetical:

    Honda Accord
    Honda Odyssey
    Jeep Compass
    Jeep Patriot
    Ford Explorer
    Mitsubishi Eclipse
    Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder
    Toyota Camry
    Toyota Sequoia
    Toyota Sienna
    Chevrolet Malibu
    Chevrolet Corvette
    Toyota Avalon
    Toyota Venza
    2010 Mercury Mountaineer
    Chevrolet Colorado
    GMC Canyon
    GMC Savana
    Acura TL
    Honda Accord
    Dodge Nitro
    Jeep Liberty
    Jeep Wrangler
    Toyota Tundra
    Buick Lucerne
    Cadillac DTS
    Buick Enclave
    Chevrolet Traverse
    GMC Acadia
    Buick Verano
    Chrysler 200
    Dodge Dakota
    Ford Focus
    Chevrolet Impala
    Ford Crown Victoria
    Mercury Grand Marquis
    Lincoln Town Car
    Chrysler Town & Country
    Dodge Grand Caravan

My Toyota Rav4 is 60% American parts, and my Honda motorcycle is 100% Japanese parts.
