I’m looking at the specs sheet, and it says:

NGK C8HSA or ND U24FS-L (USA)
NGK CR8HS (Canada)

What’s the difference between the CR8HSA and the CR8HS?

availability maybe…..without seeing overly tech charts they seem to have the same characteristics.
