commend you both on being very reasonable and responsible. Not that you need any approval but you have it incase you wanted it.
I just talked to a guy today at the gas station on a shiny new “Busa”. Asked him how fast he had it so far and his reply was 162… he kinda turned red (not mad red but embarrassed)and looked away when I told him that if he passed me I would just have to wave at him cause no way would I ever touch that even if my bike had the capability. After that I told him shiny side up and not to let me read about him in the paper.
Keep your heads on your current thought patterns and you give yourselves the best chances to enjoy your motorcycle for a very long time.

Yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is a prediction, but today…… is a Bi**h

you’re so right. I really appreciate you taking the time to post. I know you may be thinking that you’re posting for yourself (and I don’t mean that in a bad way) but your experience is helping ppl like myself. Maybe this was the “wake up” call that you needed and now you’re able to have the respect and maturity to be a better, safer rider. I hope that through you and this website that I’ll be ok. Big hugs to you Brian. I hope you have many, many, many more good Saturday rides! = )
