“Would-be motorcyclists in Florida will need to take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation-approved safety course before they’ll get a licence to ride.
A new law there is spiking registrations at safety courses across the state. This coincides with high U.S. gas prices which and concommitent increases in motorcycle sales.
The law is also bringing in people who have been riding for years without a motorcycle endorsement, according to a Tampa Bay television news report.”

My friend at work got in his first wreck yesterday on his Harley, Blue hair pulled out in front of him into his lane of traffic. Luckily he was able to get his bike slowed down enough when he hit her car that he wasn’t hurt too badly. His bike is messed up pretty bad and he his lucyk he wasn’t hurt worse than his knees messed up since he doesn’t wear a helmet.
