Well here she is. A 1982 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim. I don’t have the saddle bags or rear case attached right now, but I’ll have them on after this weekend most likely.

I need to get the seat cut back a couple inches to get more comfortable. Right now I sit like I’m on a crotch rocket. Otherwise It’s really comfy.

That’s a classic, how many miles on it? Looks in great shape for 26 years old. Someone took good care of it.

33,000 on the odometer, about 3-4,000 since the new engine was installed. The tank is new or repainted with sparkly red paint. Got it and a junker for parts for only $800.
