Woo Hoo! I logged my very first 100 mile ride today, taking state highways rather than the superslabs. Good weather and very little wind, and places along the way to stop and stretch or grab a drink. Of course, this is Oklahoma, so you do come upon the occasional truck hauling several of those large,round hay bales. So, I also logged my first “passing a vehicle on a two-lane highway” as well. There were lots of times where there were no other cars in sight for a few minutes. No twisties around here, but a few small hills and open farmland to see. Yee Haw!
