Can anyone recommend a good motorcycle jack for a cruiser? I need to pull the rear wheel off to get the tire fixed (ran over a nail yesterday).

That might plug the leak and get you to a dealer to change the tire for you (or more economically, just put a new tube in it if the tire’s not too badly holed). Slime may or may not work for you depending on the puncture.
If you’ve got a tubeless tire, you could plug it with an inexpensive tire plug kit (or use slime).
These are TEMPORARY repairs to get you to the dealer to get it fixed.
