    I dropped my bike :(
Well…I’d like to say it fell over by itself. I warm my bike up in my garage and then roll it out with the kickstand still down. Then I just jump off to close the garage door, and take off. This morning; however, the kickstand must not have been fully down when I jumped off, because it stood up initially, but a few steps later when I was closing the garage I hear a thud. I look over, and it’s on the ground. I first saw the turn signal bent all funny, but it turns out it was flexible so I think that’s okay. Unfortunately, the clutch lever is bent and I couldn’t even get the bike to start. I was pissed/frustrated/sad. I didn’t even look the bike over for scratches or anything else. I just wheeled it back into the garage and hopped in my car to catch my train…which I missed!

Hate to hear that. Hopefully bad things are like good things… you usually get one a day…. hopefully thats the worse that happens in your biking life.

Yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is a prediction, but today…… is a Bi**h

I put the garage door opener in my pocket and push the button while I am still on the bike. I just wait for it to close before I ride off. Hopefully the damage isn’t too bad.

Ouch! Where do you live – the NE? You have to take a bike AND a train to get to work? I am soooo spoiled! LOL
