I’m going to have to use this if someone gives me grief about dinging up my new bike:
“yours just looks like you use it! No problem. A couple of scratches only gives the bike character anyways.”

But around here, the only four lane road is one that I had to cross. None of the roads are really any busier than what I would be practicing on near my house anyway.

I looked pretty hard at the S40, but ended up with the V-Star 650 instead. The S40 felt really comfy and had a nice fit to it, and I thought they looked almost like a baby Sportster. Best wishes with the new scooter, and hoping you get to rack up some nice miles very soon! (and I agree, sure would not want to get on the Tulsa interstates for awhile!)
August 29, 2009 at 11:12 pm #22019owlieParticipantDefinitely not red since there is a purplish cast to it. I’m calling it magenta. I sat on the V-Star 650, and it just felt like too big a bike for me. This one, I can pretty much throw around.
