Highway 84 East (to Livermore) – 07.12.2008

A mid-morning, mellow motorcycle ride from Sunnyvale/237 to Calaveras to 680 North to 84 East to 580 West to Hopyard/Dougherty to Bollinger Canyon Rd. to Crow Canyon Rd to Castro Valley to 580 East to 680 South to Sunol Blvd to Niles Canyon and back home via Mowry Ave./880 South. The reason for the ride was to be at my friend’s son’s 3rd Birthday in Castro Valley. Unfortunately, the only road that seemed to have good places to stop to take pics was 84 East. Crow Canyon Rd. didn’t seem to have good places to stop for pics and I already got Calaveras and Niles Canyon.
