Hi, I’m Matt.
Passed the MSF course 3 weeks ago. Had a great time, and am going to be getting a bike in the coming months. Hoping for a winter special up here in New England.
I’ve been reading up on the forum a bit over the past couple months, responding to a couple posts. Figured I’d join and say Hi.

front runners are the Triumph Thruxton and Speedmaster. I’ve ridden everything from a harley fatboy to a 500r over the past month or so, trying to get an idea of what kind of bike I want. I’m really leaning towards the cruiser, only I want one that actually can handle, wasn’t a huge fan of the fatboy…. We’ll see…. I’ve got more bikes to sit on and ride still.
We’ll see what finances are like over the winter too. With the economy in the dump I may have a hard time justifying the $$ for a nicer bike… I live right on the NH border between MA and NH, there are always ton’s of used bikes for sale and I may grab an older “beater” for a year just so I can ride.

The only good thing about the economy being so bad is everyone is in need of money.. So there’s a lot of decent bikes going pretty reasonable.. Just picked up my V-Star for 2300.. Bet you have some nice drives up there.. Looking forward to next summer and maybe riding up the coast here in Cali..

I just want to make it out of this life alive…

I’m getting my bike in feb/march timeframe I think. Hoping for a good deal during the winter up here. and then hoping for a short winter so I can ride it in March
