hey,my name is gabe, i live in new york city, in manhattan. i’m a college kid right now at nyu, but transferring to the university of nebraska for next semester. i’ve always loved motorcycles, but had to wait until i moved out or i was going to be kicked out! haha. so i got a great deal on a 2003 yamaha R6, with steering damper and full micron exhaust system. i had a trusted buddy come with me and he said it was a fine bike. now….no one said anything to me about 600s being bad beginner bikes, and i tried my first “lesson” on it. needless to say, it was pretty much a horrorfest. i stalled it a million times, almost flipped, almost tipped. it was no fun. now i am stuck with this monster to learn on, great….anyway, this is me and this is my predicament! eventually, when i have the time, i will get to taking the motorcycle safety school course.
