Hello everyone, I live in Oklahoma City and and have wanted to start riding for years. I finally got the ok from the wife on the condition that I take the MSF course, which I was going to anyway. Planning on buying a cruiser for my first bike. I’m thinking the 500-650cc range would be a good start. I am 5’9′ 170lbs and have ridden a few times. Do you think this is too much bike for me?
I don’t think that a 500-650cc cruiser is too much bike, but it’s really up to you. Go find a bike that is comfortable to you. Visit a lot of dealerships and sit on the bikes… you’ll get a good feel for what you like/dislike about different bikes that way. Good luck in your search!
