Got a Ninja 250 today, cant ride it yet though as it needed the tank cleaned out and carbs cleaned/rebuilt and or tuned up and all that jazz. 1999 Green and Purple one(favorite color on a Kawasaki) It was not running but took a mechanic along to look at it..did a compression test and its good, cranks over but just does not catch..says the tires are ok not dry rotted and all it really needed was a tank cleaning carb cleaning/rebuild and to get a inspection sticker on it. Should have it by next weekend I guess..time to get into the Safety course! $1100 was the agreed price..guy says about $250 to get it inspected and on the road.
