Anyone else planning to go to their nearest show? I went in Cleveland last year and really liked it. All brands, all 2009 or 2010 models, available to see and sit on. I think it will be even better this year now that I actually own a bike and have more knowledge about them. Some of the locations include demo rides, but by the time they get to Cleveland, in January, demo rides are out.
This is definitely an event to help you get through the 2nd half of winter and look forward to spring.

Long Beach is Dec 4-6 2009. That’s not too far away for me. I looked at the site and thought it was funny that they know parking will be $10 a day, but no pricing for the tickets. Anyone got a good guess for how much to attend?

Last year it was $8.00 to get in at Cleveland. However, there were some special deals if you ordered your tickets ahead of time online. I was also able to get an even better deal when I went to one of the “special codes” websites and found several discount codes to use on with the online ticket order site. It saved me quite a bit. I won’t buy tickets again this year without trying that again.

I’ll be there too. See if I can make up my mind what direction I want to go next but I seem to want every bike I see these days. Too many choices, not enough money.

The next show I’ll be at is the Long Beach Internantion Motorcycle Show Bob mentioned. My club will be there on Dec. 5th. Seems like a lot of bike rides and shows have been canceled lately. This past weekend I was supposed to do the Love RIde here in LA and after 25years they canceled it due to lack of funds. I also heard Honda canceled their big get together this year as well. I hope this isn’t a trend. I really look forward to the larger runs and corporate sponsored events.
