i gotta suzuki gs 500 in i wanna put a back end on it like maybe a yamaha R6 with two seperate seats. Any info on how to do it would be nice
April 10, 2010 at 2:26 pm #25604briderdtParticipantI know of people on the SVRider board who have fabbed up different sub-frames so that they could put on things like a Ducati Monster tail, and I’d imagine something similar could be done with your GS500. You might be able to take the sub-frame and seats from an R6 and attach them, but that might require some welding on the main frame for attach points. Not saying it’s impossible, but it’d be some really custom work that would definitely affect the resale of the bike.

I have landed on my chest before when bicycle racing- a broken rib hurts for months, every time you breathe in. This guy probably used too much throttle:

Even so, you really have to yank the throttle on a bike like that to get that type of spin, and that’s something only a beginner would do. Beginner + GSX-R1000 = crash. Then again, you can tell he’s a a bit squidly, as no self-respecting sport rider would get color-coded Suzuki racing leathers and helmet to match a bike.
