Hi, my name is Luke and I am considering getting the sport of motorcycling and have been studying them the last several weeks as I wait to hear from a potential church ministry. I am 22 and going into the ministry this year. I have always wanted to get into motorcycling but my parents think it’s too dangerous so I just am waiting to get out on my own. The funny part is they let me hardcore snowboard, skate, surf, and wake board. Those things are all fun too. If you cannot tell I am an adrenaline junkie but when it comes to something like riding a motorcycle I do not want to die I just want to have fun. Right now I’m sold on an 08 Ninja 250R because it’s fun, inexpensive, and most importantly it’s not a suicide pact. I plan on taking the MSF course as soon as I find a church and know where I am going but until then I am just chillin and studying up on motorcycles so I can be prepared to buy when the time comes. If you have any comments feel free. Thanks for this site by the way it is very helpful in getting a foot in the door when it comes to riding. I like the detailed reviews as well.

The basic tenet that “…the life of man [is] solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.”. Given that, my contention is we need to have some fun along the way. Motorcycling is fun (and demands respect). Sounds to me like something right up the alley of one with religious faith. Enjoy your time in the saddle
