Honky, my new 2009 Ducati 848. Since I have 2 bikes now, I broke down and decided to name them both. I’ve dubbed the SV, Blueballs.

Sweet. Looks good in white. Don’t think you will get much wind protection from the look of the windscreen though. It looks really low.

Actually, the seating position is very aggressive, forward leaning. Basically, the handle bars are much lower, so when you scoot your butt back, your head dips pretty low. Very different from the sv650s.

    lol

In all seriousness that is awesome man! I’m glad you got it in white, that is my absolute dream bike! I pray you won’t be like the salado rider with the 1098 that has bigger chicken strips than KFC.

Also, since you’ve nickenamed the SV blue balls, what have you named the duc?

Two nice bikes. wow. I am jealous. So, you going to use one for track days and one for normal riding. I bet Honky is for stuntin.

Might depend on which one gets the better mileage.

That would be the SV. I’ve been getting ~55 mpg. From various duc forums on the internet, the best i’ve seen consistently was about 45 mpg.
