The tip about fork oil is especially helpful as most beginner-friendly bikes have non-adjustable suspension and it’s really the only thing you can do to help it at all without upgrading the suspension. And let’s face it, most of us will end up replacing our first bikes before we replace the shocks and upgrade the forks on our beginner bikes
