EVERYONE has problems with the u-turn box in the beginning. everyone who’s ever taken the BRC is pretty much in agreement that it’s the hardest skill to master.

this website is run by a guy who explains how to replicate and perform all the MSF exercises and then some. he also used to post on here. not sure if he still swings by or not.
