I live in the Great Northwest. I learned to ride when I was 13 on a Hodaka 90cc. It was an awesome time for a kid, and I rebuilt that little bike 3 times to max it out. It would do 90 with the street gears, but I kept to the trails most of the time.
Fast track to last fall, I had an old ’69 Ford 4×4 pickup. The neighbor had a friend with a ’79 Suzuki GS850 that is in pretty good shape with 25000 miles on it. I like it so we traded straight across, I drove it all winter about 3 days a week. Cold and wet a lot of the time I didn’t have a lot of fun, but now it’s warming up and I’m about ready to be taking some good long rides. I just found this site and it looks cool. Thanks
