Nope, just a generic email that said my order would ship in 1-3 business days. Today’s the last day of that window and I still haven’t gotten any shipping notification. I just sent them a second email requesting the status, as the first one went unanswered. Hopefully I’ll hear from them today. I’ve heard they are run by zerogravity itself, so it’s in their best interests to have good service. My next step will be to find a phone number for ZG and pursue it with them.
