Well there are squids who wear gear and there are non-squids who don’t wear gear. So really gear doesn’t have anything to do with it. My take is a squid is someone whose foolish riding actions endanger someone elses lives (doing wheelies on public roads in traffic, burning out in parking lots, etc)
