IMO yes, a dealer had 2 2007’s down here in PA one was $4700 the other was $5200(but only had 200 miles on it) both looked brand new. So to be honest id pass on that price…unless it also is pretty much just a leftover and not been driven..I guess if it is new its not horrible but its not great either..but Bikes are a hot ticket right now…I keep getting told that for right now that the $1100 I spent on a 1999 Ninja 250 was a good deal..IMO I think its still “high” for a bike thats basically 10 years old, but ive been told thats a good deal…so maybe in not the one to ask 
(oh BTW the GS500F that was $4700 has 2500 miles on it and was a 07).
