no, find a guy that does it and see if he will go with you. I had to pay the guy that went with me for his time/gas but it was well worth knowing that someone that knew motorcycles looked at it. He checked the brakes,chain,make sure the tires were good, basically made sure it had everything right to pass inspection. Luckily this guy also works with me full time but does bikes/cars in his off time as a side business..im SURE he is not the only guy doing this.
