No real specific hand signal for that that I’m aware of. Up here, usually, the hand signal for slow it down is used to denote an accident, obstruction, slow traffic ahead, or construction. Sometimes people use that to signal LEO ahead. The slow it down hand signal’s arm low and raising the forearm up and down like you’re patting the head of a dog.
Never seen the point backwards thing…
