BMW F 800 S (2007) Full equipped. <--- Is it a good second bike?

Hi there everyone, so long since I have been on here, but as soon as I saw the bike, I knew this would be the place to ask.
Well, it's been a year since my crash on my old Kawa Ninja 250cc, and I am tempted to get back into the saddle again... but not just any saddle.
I am 6'4" and noticed on the ninja my back would hurt after an hours ride... so I though if I am going to buy another bike, then at least it should be more accommodating.
I also wanted something nicer, safe, well equipped, etc.. and just today I think I found a winner.
I threw the photo on my server, the link to see her is at the bottom of the text.
She's a BMW F800 S 2007 with heated handlebars, ABS, etc.
Is this a good bike to go to from a 250cc (remember that although I crashed, it was the prick jumping the red light who was at fault, not me!)
I tried her out, and she felt good, loved the chain belt... or lack of it I should add. She has the protective things in case of a fall (I know there is a technical word for these, but I simply am too tired to remember).
Anyway, with my height I wanted everyones opinion on if it is a good fit. Mon's - Fri's running to and from the office in the capital city here (rush hour, zipping in-between cars, etc)
Weekend country roads, wiring lanes, and maybe a triover the Andes mountains now and again.
Let me know.

Beautiful bike
Sweet bike. Looks a bit pricy to drop, so take your time getting used to the high center of gravity.
Not sure about how many years you've been riding, but moving from a wrecked 250 to an 800 (especially after a year off) isn't the most conservative progression.
Still, sounds like you love it and it fits well. Take it easy and ride safe.

That's an excellent bike choice and it's the correct color IMHO, but I'm very BMW bias :) There will be some vibration with that model, it does have very nice brakes and suspension.
