Best Hits . . .(-;

I just have to get my camera back into action. In the mean time, some of my old "hits" LoL I am missing my Sporty at times. (-; Some of my "impatient days" would make the worst of these look slow on the new bike . . I can lose my grip shifting when I am all out if I am not careful now . . some of my rational riding with the right tunes could put Munch back at ease. (-; The number of close calls lost by not aking a camera every day . .countless at this point . .and I barley notice anymore. I taped on a womans window today when she took my lane at 60 mph and had me "lane splitting" in order to not be hit . .all I did was "point" . . .like "look" . .I was barley even upset. I am getting "to used" to folks trying to kill me. (-;

LOL....yea this ol country
LOL....yea this ol country boy would probly have some issues down in your territory. Still need to get you up here and let you ride in real country. Relax, smell the air, look at all the scenery and even try your pro skills at some blind country back road twisties. I deal with some of what you deal with in the mornings to work. If traffic gets stupid, as it usually does, theres nothing that will test your slow race skillz and balance then working the clutch and throttle on an off camber turn at 5 mph or less. Still strikes me odd at times to see my handle bars leaning away from the inside of a turn to keep the bike upright and compare it to the car in front of me that is forced by 4 wheels to lean into the turn.
Yea you cut it way to close for my old relaxed ways at times..... but thats the world you have to ride in. I know if I was down there for long I would be in the same mindset. Which is why I stay here. To be honest... I will stretch my ride an extra 20 minutes just to avoid any in town riding period. Keeps every one alive, wether it be from an accident ....or..... me mugging somebody looking for that "I'm Stupid" sign I am sure is around there some where.
****Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but, rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy Shit....What a ride!!!"****
Told ya, I know a lot of
Told ya, I know a lot of people in Miami that "used to ride". LoL I am trying real hard to FORCE myself to stay relaxed at 70 . . . much safer riding that way. Trick in this place is seeing the ass whole thinking BEFORE he moves. Miss it and he will kill ya to be sure.
As for what you ride in . .far more technical . . far more turns that are far less predictable on far less level ground. I'll have to spend a lot of time getting up to speed. With any luck another 2 or 3 years and I'll be there.

Note to Self.....
if I ever make it down to Miami, I think I'll be riding in my cage, as looking at the traffic makes me think I'd never have the skills to be confident enough to try that on the bike. ;) Whew, the Miami thunderstorm video had me thinking this might be good training for you if you got caught out in a CAT 2 or so hurricane. Yikes. Right at the beginning when the car in front moved to the left unexpectedly only to see something right there in front of you on the road was enough to make me lean in my chair as I watched it! I guess you get used to it after so long, but that looks like a white-knuckle ride 99% of the time.

With the new job, we service
With the new job, we service a lot of police departments. When I talk to the cops, they say the worst part of thunder storms is not the rain, the traffic or the wind . .its the crazy stuff the wind puts into the road in front of you. Branches, buckets, tarps, tin . .you name it. That vid was my first real bad one .. been a few since then ..news years day was worse for about 30 miles. (-;
