The protesters are remarkably matter-of-fact (even seemingly bemused and good-natured at points, which is not usually the personality of people who protest things) about the mistreatment, and the fact the bikers didn't actually physically harm them seems unlikely.

Still, many MCs go out of their way to try to show that they're not (necessarily) the hoodlums of the movies (doing charity runs and such), and it IS possible I suppose that the protesters decided to take the high road afterward in terms of their reaction.

If it *is* real, my thoughts are 1) those protesters have balls and 2) that biker gang is very articulate.

I saw this on another site and it was pointed out it is a satire piece. There is some website where people write satire news articles for fun and this was one of the articles. Forget which site I read it on though. Havee to say it sounded very much tongue in cheek to me when I read it.

.. I think it originally appeared in "The Spoof." At least that is where I originally saw it. It does appear to have an older date stamp than most of the current reposting around the web. But then again.. it was submitted to The Spoof by "Fuzzy Duffy," who has his own site called The Best News Site Ever, where it also appears. So maybe it is his original piece?
