Driver was an 82 year old woman. Not surprised. They really need to pass a law saying that beyond a certain age you need to have regular exams to keep your license.

As for testing after a certain age . .agreed. 15 would do. Half the people on the road have no business there. Old . . .well, think I-95, Old and loaded up on Gin and anti depressants . . still one of the worst roads I have ever driven / ridden. They are no worse than the kids doing 130 on crotch rockets with a belly full of bear and a nose full of coke.

In the end . . you keep your eyes open and maybe in secret, cross your fingers, because in the end a little luck never hurts. Dont know what happened in this case . . age? Drinking? Phone? Id be interested to see if there is ever a follow up story.

Actually, I hear that bear is really green... However, there are some very good local beers here in Alaska. My husband is fond of the Winter Ale from the Alaska Brewing Company...
