Biker was killed this morning

I have looked at the pictures and video . .I am just not sure what happened here. Almost looks like the car rear ended him, knocked him down and ran over him? That or he crashed and ended up sliding under that car?

We had a cop hit one this weekend too, running to a call at 2'ish in the morning, lights were flashing . .but still ran a light and took out a bike. That rider went to the hospital, but sounds like he will be alright.

Just those gentle reminders . . gear does not make you "safe". The trick is to miss those cars who are trying sooooo hard to hit you.

Whether you are on a bike or not. I've nearly been run off the road three times in the last three weeks- and I don't usually associate Alaska with aggressive driving. Not real sure what the deal is...

This happened early in the morning, adds a whole new dimension to the DUI thing, although you see totally trashed folks leaving the strip clubs around the house around 5am. The other thing that has come out is that the bike and rider were drug 30 feet under the car after being hit.

DUI on the driver, what a surprise.

So unfortunate and so unnecessary. I hope the driver gets what he deserves, and the little girl doesn't get caught in the crossfire.

Oh, this one gets better. Three times over the limit, and he is driving his daughter to school. Runs down a bike and his car is stuck, you know with the bike and rider UNDER his car jamming him up. So what does he do? Gets out and walks his daughter on to school. Unbelievable.

Strip club, or . . maybe a crack head on a binge the night before? Taking a kid to school totally trashed, kills a guy, and walks along holding her hand like nothing happened, great dad. )-;

See this stuff way to much. Reminds me to be safe, and reminds me why I dont drink a drop any more. Just to sad seeing the aftermath of it all. Decided to lock the possibility's for mistakes out 100%. Just no up side to me any more. Getten old maybe.
