This was my after work ride today. Lots of chop chop on this. It is about 50 miles round trip, and it all looks the same. (-; When you "get out of Miami" . .this is kind of what ya get, looong, flat and straight . .

Illegal . . on film? Not me . . I was behind a van before that and didn't see that stupid trap coming, the left two lanes hit a left turn light and a merge in deal . . . The one I was in goes straight . .but that light was taking forever! Decided piss on it & jumped the curb. LoL

I'm planning a road trip to visit some friends in late August or early September. I'm going to try to stay off of the highways when I can, although that will certainly make the trip take longer. If it's possible, I prefer to get the nicer views that happen with non-highway driving. We'll see how much longer it would take and if I can find a good route that doesn't involve being on I-90 for hours. It'll be the farthest that I've been from Boston though.

Yea, kind of. More in town on 27 than where that turn lane is at. It tends to be a fast moving road, they just make those lanes long so folks have time to slow dow maybe. Lets just say that some of my old cars that were rumored to exceed 130 mph would have been tested out there in the wee hours of the morning back when. (-;
