Not to scare you or make you wonder but these "toys" are not new. Now for him to make a home made one...that was stupid. There is actually a market for them. I think it was even spot lighted on (of all people) Howard Stern's show.
There are others out there that I won't list here.... but this aint the 50's anymore.
