With a dry weight of 476 lbs. (add about another 20 lbs. for the weight wet), I'd go with an sv650 just on that alone (dry weight 360 lbs).

an inline-4 600cc bike has a LOT more power than a 600cc parallel twin, which makes most people say bikes like the GSXR series or NX Ninja bikes aren't good for beginners, but hey, if you feel confident in your abilities enough, then I would say go for it. Personally I'm going to get a Ninja 500R for my first bike.
